Body Kneads Massage and Wellness
Center’s vision is to keep up with current advances in the bodywork
and alternative health care industry. We will be the wellness
center to provide our clients options and support for their own
healing process. We exceed industry standards in our client care.
We offer a variety of health-oriented services and refer out to
other supportive professionals as needed.

Dawn Bennett, LMT, NCTMB
completed a 780-hour massage therapy course at UCMT in Salt Lake
City, UT. Base training included Swedish massage, anatomy, PNF
stretching, acupressure, various sports massage/injury courses,
reflexology, and trigger point therapy. She has completed through
level IIA of Healing Touch training. She is certified in prenatal
massage. She had over 32 hours of myofascial release training for
fibromyalgia, shoulder pain, and the cervical region through the
Berry Jennings Seminar Group. She also traveled to Chicago to take
courses at the Conservatory of Esthetics. She has trained in
visceral manipulation with the Upledger Institute. She has been
practicing since 1998, is Nationally Certified and Wisconsin
licensed, and is the instructor for the massage program at Minnesota
State College-Southeast Technical (MSC-ST) in Red Wing, MN. |

Ivy Conrad, MT graduated from MSC-ST
in Red Wing in December of 2004 with a therapeutic massage diploma.
Her courses included instruction in myofascial release, deep tissue,
prenatal and postpartum massage, body wraps and spa treatments,
sports massage and hydrotherapy, acupressure, and seated chair
massage. Ivy completed Reiki level 1 and 2 training in January of
2005. Although her focus is on specific injury and deep massage
work, Ivy also does hot stone therapy treatments and ear candling.
Ivy is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. |

Pat Bien, MT, NCTMB, graduated from MSC-ST in Red Wing, MN in May 2005 with a Therapeutic Massage
Diploma. She is trained in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep
tissue, and seated chair massage. She also does ear candling and hot
stone therapy. Pat has trained as an intuitive counselor. She is a
member of the American Massage Therapy Association
and is
Nationally
Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She received her First
Degree Reiki training on April 3, 1999 and her Second Degree Reiki
training on July 30, 1999. Pat has volunteered as a First Responder
for the Goodhue Fire and Rescue Department since February 1999. She
became an LPN in April 1979. |

Tiffany Oien, MT graduated with honors from MSC-ST in Red
Wing, MN in May of 2005 with a Therapeutic Massage Diploma. She is
trained in Swedish Massage, sports massage, and seated chair
massage. Tiffany’s specialty is deep tissue and injury massage. She
also trained in ear candling. She is a member of the American
Massage Therapy Association. |

Sarah Hinsch, CMT completed an
800-hour massage therapy program at Sister Rosalind Gefre's School
of Massage in March 2006. Her training included Swedish massage,
anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, reflexology, deep tissue
massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, myofascial release,
acupressure, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, and seated chair
massage. She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage
Professionals. Sarah grew up in the Red Wing area, and currently
lives on a farm near Goodhue with her husband and 4 children. |

Jessica Linder, MT graduated from
MSC-ST in Red Wing, MN in May 2005 with a Therapeutic Massage
Diploma. She is trained in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep
tissue, and seated chair massage. Jessica’s specialties are
relaxation, deep pressure massage, and geriatric massage. She has
worked with individuals with developmental disabilities since 1997.

Marci Kranz,
LAC, MaAc has been involved in the healing arts and sciences for
over 25 years. During that time she has developed her healing
philosophy not only through intensive study but through travel
and exposure to diverse cultures. She has experience working
with clients ages 2 to 92. Marci is a licensed acupuncturist
with masters degrees in acupuncture and dance movement therapy.
Her degrees are from Northwestern Health Sciences University in
Bloomington, MN and Goucher College in Towson, MN respectively.
Marci is also a graduate of Clown College in LaCrosse, WI. The
healing power of humor is integrated into her holistic approach
to balancing body, mind, and spirit. |

Julie Glander, Reflexologist completed a 315 hour reflexology
program at Sister Rosalind Gefre's School of Massage. She has
completed coursework in Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology,
Reflexology, as well as Spirituality and Ethical issues. Reflexology
is a holistic healing technique that uses pressure on specific
reflex points on the feet or hands that correspond to specific
organs within the body. By stimulating these areas, physical changes
occur in the body. The treatment is aimed at promoting relaxation,
reducing stress, and bringing the body to a condition in which it
can repair itself and return to a state of balance. Julie is also a
member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. |
Holly Merchant graduated with a
Therapeutic Massage Diploma from Minnesota State College, Southeast
Technical in Red Wing on May 11, 2007. Holly’s specialty is deep
tissue and myofascial release. She does specific injury work and
trigger point therapy. Holly is also trained in energy work,
Swedish, and relaxation massage. |
